Anna Lukeman is from Port Williams, Nova Scotia and is a 2022 graduate from the IB program at Horton High School. Anna has been a dedicated ballet dancer at Cadance Academy for 12 years, performing annually in the Cadance Nutcracker Show and completing the highest level CDTA ballet exam. Anna is passionate about environmental issues, and participated in a study investigating the impacts of agriculture on water quality. Anna was an International Ambassador at Horton for three years and co-lead for the past year, where she worked to create programming and social events to help international students adjust to their new school environment.

Anna will complete a B.Sc. in Chemistry at Acadia, and plans to participate in research applying chemistry to environmental problems. Anna also plans to be an active member of the Acadia Women in Science and Engineering (W.I.S.E.) group.
